RESCUED ME FROM THE MICE. Absolutely grateful for Chris' kindness, honesty and promptness. He came out to assess same day, gave fair pricing, realistic feedback and returned immediately next day once mice were caught to dispose of everything. Chris stopped by for an inspection after we found something suspicious on our wall. After looking at our wall he inspected our attic to look for termites. I noticed sawdust looking mounds in my master bedroom and connecting patio. I found Orion Exterminating on Facebook and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Chris and he came out the same day for an inspection. He determined there were termites in the wall of my master bedroom with noticeable damage to my base molding as well as heavy damage to the patio fence concealed by paint. He gave me a detailed description and showed me exactly where the damages were and gave me a fair quote. The bedroom and patio were treated and repaired the same day. He also went the extra step to make sure my molding and patio were color matched when he painted. With my tight schedule I appreciated the promptness and professionalism. Thank you Chris!

We just had our 2-story home fumigated by Orion. From the very beginning the service was great - from the very first phone call. I believe I spoke with Ashley. Chris was able to come the same day to give us a quote. I had shopped around rates and his was the best. Plus, he uses the subcontractors we wanted because everyone had told us they were the best. They showed up on-time, worked very quickly, were very nice and explained everything they were doing step by step. His guys double-checked the fumigation bags I had packed, looked in every nook and cranny to make sure I didn't miss anything, and helped me get the beds ready for the best results. They wrapped the house so well that even my plants that were right up against the house were not effected at all. When they came to clean up, they walked me through the house with the meter to show me that it was all clear. They were careful with their equipment so that it didn't damage or disrupt any of our property. They also brought a broom and swept around the house and cleaned up anything and everything they had touched. Ashley was quick to get my final paperwork finished.
In addition to the great staff, Chris scheduled that gas shutoff for us so that we didn't have to do that. He also reminded us to call on the day of the tenting to set up the turn-on again. Ashley sent us a video to watch to help us figure out what and how to pack our food and ingestible items. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family. It made me feel really good when even the city's environmental inspector came, he said when he was ready to tent his house he was going to use Orion.

The work was done completely and efficiently. I had subterranean termites under the garage concrete slab. They drilled and treated. They treated around the whole home. The wood work was repaired. They came back to do the woodwork in a timely way. I highly recommend this company
