Yearly Control Service
Our Yearly Control Service provides a hassle free protection program. After we fumigate or perform termite treatment, our Yearly Control Policy warrants your property against Drywood and Subterranean Termites. Depending on which program you choose this can include future treatments or re-fumigation if recommended. Our licensed inspectors will perform a thorough yearly inspection on the property with findings and recommendations, a state report at least every three years. These services will come at no additional cost, as long as the yearly contract is active. In addition, our yearly Control Policy is fully transferable. If you sell your home, the new owners have the opportunity to continue the service.
